Master craftsmen created the piece in fine mahogany veneer, highlighting the dramatic grain patterns that define the Biedermeier period. The cabinet features a graceful curved front and a single door. Full columns with black hand-carved capitals and bases frame the door and add a refined neoclassical accent. Inside, two shelves provide practical storage. A professional restorer recently refinished the surface with a traditional hand-applied shellac polish, which enhances the depth and warmth of the mahogany. The cabinet presents in very good condition.
