The Ash Catcher’s indented mouthpiece serves as a dry filter ash catcher, preventing any heavier-than-air particles like ash or particulates from being pulled into your mouth. Gravity does the work, pulling the particles downward to collect at the base of the indent, away from the mouthpiece hole. Think of it like archery – you have two targets, one with a funnel pointing towards you and the other with the hole pointing away. If you shoot at the funnel pointed towards you, your arrow will likely hit the side of the funnel and be deflected away. But if you shoot at the other target, your arrow will always hit the bullseye as it is deflected from the sides of the funnel and into the hole. Similarly, the Bonehead Ash Catcher Glass Pipe deflects the ash away from the hole, ensuring a clean smoking experience. Ours is better.
